One, from your observation of these girls, they sound overly moralistic. It's a problem with the inheritance of puritanism. Orthodox aren't teetotalers. It's not about the externals, but your internal spiritual life that matters. If the externals don't hamper your spiritual life then it's ok, but there are some things that do for some people.
Two, it seems like you have an underlying assumption of having a problem with a person who actually stands for what they believe in. If a girl is a Christian and and practices her faith, why would you be upset about that? Do you value partying more than integrity of character?
