Housing Market is STRONG
Why do people keep saying the housing market is bad? It's the strongest it's ever been.

Cannot go by price alone, since inflations just make them sound more valuable.

It's good for sellers, bad for buyers. I don't intend to ever buy a home, just to mope alone inside it.

I don't think people are saying it is currently bad, they are saying it will get bad, I'm one of those people, between boomers owning two or three or more houses and steadily dying off and beaners being deported and vaxxies acckkksing, there will be a glut of homes on the market in the near future. A major increase in supply with a major decrease in demand leads to a bad market, simple as.
