According to the Handbook of Crime Correlates, areas with high percentages of blacks exhibit higher crime rates, especially for violent crimes. It also shows that Hispanics, Oceanic Islanders, Native Americans and Blacks are all more involved in crime then their non-Hispanic White counterparts (Ellis, Wright, and Beaver 2009, 235–236). When comparing IQ rates, a similar disparity can be observed with Blacks and Latinos scoring far lower than their White counterparts, with IQ rates of 85, 89 and 103 respectively for the three racial and ethnic groups (Rushton and Jensen 2005, 236). This IQ difference is shown practically when surveying outstanding contributions to the Arts and Sciences from ancient times to the mid-twentieth century, with 97% of accomplishment in the scientific inventories occurring in Europe and North America.
