The only non-third world thing about the U.S. is the value of the dollar outside America. American laborers live worse lives, have more health issues, less marriages, more corrupt and inaccessible government, worse relations with family, and lower homeownership rates than many third world countries. American public schools are worse than many third world countries. America is just a third world country with strong currency yet since everything is so expensive in America most people aren't able to enjoy even that. America may be "the best of the third world", but since it is worse than the second world (China and the post-Soviet sphere) it is definitively third world.
Is it even a country? Questionable. It has been effectively denationalized and is just a place where American economic elites gather wageslaves and servants from anywhere. No shared values, history, or culture at all.
