Why is toothache and tooth problems less common in the Muslim world than the Western world? Arabs load their tea and coffee with sugar and they eat all sorts of sweets and sugary snacks and drink coca cola with every meal. Despite their teeth being yellow, instances of agonising toothache and abscesses etc are not as common as in the West.
