I had to drive 600 km (to the city and back).

I pass a car clearly maintaining 80km/h, and after passing I set cruise speed to 95km/h, only to find the guy is now glued behind me. A woman driver crossing a big right of way street, was distracted and just stopped, her car sideways on the high transit road, it was particularly dangerous because I had cars behind me, so I had to turn on hazards as I stop for her, mid road, hoping I don't get rear ended.

Generally the speed limit will get you home fast and safe. You going at 90 instead of 70 will shave literal minutes at best. You won't even average 90 mph, you'll average 80 mph because you will still have to stop on traffic lights, curves, speed bumps, other cars, etc.
