why not leagalise the drugs so tainted and fucked up drugs are not sold then make it very difficult to sell and tax the drugs to hell, then have very strong things in place to help the ones addicted to the drugs and then show adverts the results of people on drugs. Also stop any adverts or drugs being glamourised
