So for PRC to be part the UN the UN had to not recognize the ROC

For the US to recognize ROC it would have to withdraw recognition of the PRC
This situation is different to recognizing Palestine because
1. Israel does not actually require you to not recognize Palestine
2. Israel does not claim (yet) that all Palestinian land belongs to israel.
If you don't recognize Palestine then who does the West Bank and Gaza belong to?
What country does the Palestinian belong to if not Palestine?
