Got a tentative job offer for a federal law enforcement agency. Not a glowie actually doing useful things to protect the country. Only problem is I don't practice good opsec online and have posted some controversial political takes on /pol/ back when I was a neet loser and Biden was president so I was quite upset with the state of the country. I've chilled out with that stuff now that I have a stable job and social circle, but if they have my posts logged to my IP address am I fucked in the background check or polygraph process? I'm a law abiding citizen, pay my taxes, good qualifications, etc. and will happily serve my country and community, so they won't deny me for some edgy posts right? I assume if I was already screwed they wouldn't have given me a job offer and interview.
