What you are describing is just autism. You are too socially/emotionally retarded to communicate other in direct literal words.
Normal, non-autistic people aren't like that. They are perfectly capable of effectively send information back and forth between each other via indirect, non-verbal communication channels like body language, facial expression, tone of voice, etc. The vast majority of information that gets passed between people goes through those indirect, non-verbal channels, so being able to use them effectively is crucial.
Normal, non-autistic people can use what would seem like telepathy to someone like you to say things to each other without saying them out loud.
Normal, non-autistic people can give each other a look from the other side of a room and instantly communicate a fairly complex person, without ever saying any words to them.
When normal people are forced to communicate with a deficient, autistic person like yourself, it is very off-putting and annoying because you are apparently incapable of using or even understanding this basic, fundamental form of human interaction.
