Whomever can run the fastest and the furthest to get to the site first gets the aid. So those who are tipicaly left to recieving no aid, no food, are the orphans, the women, the disabled.
The israeli forces in order to have them leave the distribution sites, shoot at them, hit them with pepper spray and tear gas, firing rubber bullets. This happens every day at every distribution site.
