eat poultry as often as you like. limit fish due to mercury levels in the sea. eggs in excess may cause heart disease, especially for hyper responders. keeping them to 8 keeps you out of any danger zones. the same with red meat. i included organ meat

theres tons of dairy and cheese. no animal or meat product is off limits, you just limit portions propotional to their risk profile according to studies. even if the studies are not true and the jews are lying to make you effeminate and avoid red meat, you still miss out on no nutrition whatsoever. you win via every angle

Might be something to it. Although I think most of it is genetics. My grandfather drank half a bottle of whiskey and smoked 20 a day until 81. All he ate was white fish and cabbage.

I don't do anything near as insane as that but there's a lot more goyslop out there now it's hard not to fall into traps.

no, high carb is not the optimal diet. sorry. you can do low carb with some beans, but im never going to endorse 300g carb with beans, lentils, rice etc. absolutely not

as you get older, you should consume less protein, but you can just up the amount of fat. you dont need more carbs
