make sure you are in shape. Shoot for 20 pullups and a 20 minute 3 mile. That will put you miles ahead of the general populace for functional strength and cardio, after that you can do what you want. Getting my body back in shape was one of the best things I ever did. It took almost a year, but by the end of it I wasnt actively depressed anymore. Im not happy, but I dont want to blow my brains out. The best thing is you walk with a permanent seethe generating forcefield for shitskins, roasties and normies.
