What happened to good music/art?
Why is all popular music rapslop or popslop now?
Is this an agenda?
Does Clinton's 1996 Communications Act have anything to do with it?

it's still there, just harder to find.

We will always be beautiful creatures doing beautiful things, while we do other things.

all popular music has to go through the gatekeepers of the "music industry" to make any splash

Another demoralization thread, Chang?
Okay, I'll bite to make you feel successful and confident. You know I hate you see you down.
>Clinton's 1996 Communications Act
Ah, The Summer of Love, some called it as the cable companies divvied up the country so they wouldn't be competing with each other.
Also, sampling / copyright laws had just basically killed rap as any sort of humorous, juvenile art form with that BizMarkie case.
Etc
That's just the 2 things I know about but I assume that was the general movement and there are many other instances, similarly aligned in same direction, that I don't know of
Bit who cares?
More than enough good music already produced
Only reason to look for modern is to take pay on a social scene
And there are already made social scenes around music currently
Old music, etc.
And there's still really good music look up and learn to search Rutracker by genres and tags

That's how I heard about Suss
And S T A L.K.E.R.2 soundtrack
And even Celer but they aren't that new
I'm sorta getting more into listening over and over to my favorites lately
But anyhow
Rambling Man over here

In a lot of realms it's even worse: access is easy enough that there are no gatekeepers at all, leading to a torrent of absolute shite

all media was conglomerated into 5 corporation in 2000. It too a couple decades to completely filter out any band that wasn't pure psychological warfare.

Rap is garbage.
So is merzbow.
Rap glorifies capitalism and is cheap to make and glorifies niggers.
It's jews pushing niggers.
Niggers and jews op.

All good music since the 90's was underground scenes. Those underground scenes gradually pitchforked themselves to death with hypocrisy and nepotism - while the zeitgeist switched to uninspired nostalgia and nothing else.
What's weird is that for example England's late 70's were horrible times with amazing music. What changed?

It's funny because the cover is some kind of optical illusion, and I was reading my son a book the other day with the same kind of illusions but I couldn't see the effect. Mouse magic was the book

>All indie music is clap stomp hey
Brown opinion. Indie is the white man's music, get the fuck out of my country Juan. In fact indie is so white that the leftists who make it basically tore themselves apart out of white guilt and killed the genre. Shame, now you faggots have to listen to mumble rap or whatever embarrassing shit you homos listen to

Merzbow sucks ass.
I went to a noise show in 2009, it was a guy with a bunch of old synths and computers that he kicked around the floor producing various screeching sounds and feedback while the venue owner hipster smugfaced because everyone hated it.

Shitallica are the worst of them all. Corporate dick sucking subhuman trash that allows their catalogue to be used as landfill orders to tie up independent pressing plants. I hate these pieces of rank fuck garbage so much it's unreal.
