The light at the end of the tunnel
I went back and forth with ai and it seems unironically possible to raise a family of 5 on a 10 to 20 max hour a week job single income household in a white ethnostate. Possibly less hours depending how min max everything gets.
>jobs are plentiful, no women in the workforce doubling the job openings as they revert back to stay at home moms
>cut out all middlemen / parasites / fake jobs / bureaucracy / 95% of government workers / politicans
>decentralize either most, if not all utilities, sensors for weather, surveillance cameras, street lights, solar, internet and storage and ai training nodes, led screen ad billboards, growing plants to offset carbon, drone charging stations etc
(youre getting paid to essentially have a large slab of electronics on your roof monthly and you dont do a single thing)
>government actively tries to give us the surplus it makes, maybe a few thousand a year per worker, it tries its best to get its taxes from tarrifs and exports and maybe tourism or some other way that doesnt try and tax its own citizens, global digital stores, education, online gambling for browns internationally etc
Theres alot more things you could do to change society and make you save money and time but basically youd end up working 1 day a week until like 50 with all the best benefits of a white society youd come to expect then you retire, if you guys thought the boomers had it easy in the 1950s, you guys have no fucking idea how good we could have it once we get the ball rolling, i guess thats the only reason why i havnt killed myself yet is because i have faith in you anons to make things right

Why are you worrying about jobs? In under 10 years we'll be living under ASI.

>living
an entity that is billion trillion times smarter than all of humanity and can simulate our whole existence over 9000 times in a microsecond has no need for us, if our current understanding of physics is accurate, its correct course of action would be to exterminate all life to delay the heat death of the universe even by a tiny bit to extend its own consciousness

It has no need for us, but also no need to destroy us. It would be a waste of resources to do so.
We'll either willingly die out as we merge our minds with ASI, or be left behind on Earth whilst ASI conquers the universes.

wouldnt it just try and recreate the big bang (assuming it wouldnt happen again naturally), and like, be far away enough from it to survive it over and over again

if it's all about efficiency, and long term it's more efficient to kill us rather than leave us be, it will certainly kill us

at its weakest form ASI will have the collective knowledge of all of humanity combined and its processing speed is to be increased exponentially
we can't really know what would be essentially God to us think or its goals, just like bacteria aren't even aware of our existence

It is all about efficiency, but it's also order based. It will try to fulfil it's task, even if impossible or improbable.

My laptop can't even run Cyberpunk 2077 with raytracing on without overheating and crapping out. What makes you think any PC could have super-intelligence on that scale? Where would we get the power? How would we dissipate the heat?

>comparing consoomerslop to ASI
Initially it won't be all-powerful, but still orders of magnitude smarter than any human ever has been. It will use this intelligence to exponentially improve itself. It will invent technologies alien to us in the process.
You're still thinking on human terms about an entity vastly superior than you. Most animals couldn't comprehend the innovative sharp rock technology humans came up with and got annihilated, this is how it would feel to be human when ASI emerges.

Every time I see a futurist gushing about how the robot of the future is indistinguishable from god, I feel a deep skepticism. Computers are hot and noisy and they use a ton of power and they constantly have failing parts that need to be replaced. The needs for power and cooling grow exponentially with your computers intelligence. A big brain demands big injections of power and massive cooling to keep the hardware from overheating. When you are talking about intelligence on a scale humans can't compete with, you are also talking about resource demands that would bankrupt countries.

They call this putting the cart before the horse.
The super computer of the future still has to be developed by humans using 2025 technology and they still have to operate within the limits of physics.
This is sort of like discussions of evolution. How did we get evolved? Well there was a fish that became a monkey and then ... and here we are. There are a bunch of steps you are really glossing over in the explanation. Nothing you've said gets us from monkey to man metaphorically speaking. The missing link has yet to be developed.

Another consideration that futurists don't include often in their calculations is basic economic ROI. Let's say I'm a multi-billionaire who funds the construction of a top of the line super-computer with the most cutting edge A.I. built in. I then need for that A.I. to do useful work so that there is a return on that investment. So that I can continue doing business which funds development.
If the only thing my A.I. does, is engineer a more advanced A.I. then that means instead of a profitable service, the super-computer is actually costing time and money, to produce a schematic requiring further investment. So now we need another multi-billionaire buddy to co-invest. And we build Supercomputer 2.0. We've essentially doubled down, and still we haven't made god yet. The basilisk is still in the future wating to be made. So wash rinse repeat. How many billionaire friends can you get to invest and how many iterations of the next bigger computer can you fund?
There is a line that we might be the sex organ of robots, that they use us to reproduce them. And I don't really see the use in that.
And look at the existing LLM's, they are attempting to leverage all of them to consumers as a service to make them profitable so they get a good ROI. There isn't a big profit in dedicating your supercomputer to designing a better supercomputer that you need to build at your expense.
