ok well first off, if it hasn't been that long since you last got high or used, just resign yourself to bed for a week ish. after that, you need vitamins of every kind: a good multi, some beet root, vitamin c, everything. get some tylenol and an nsaid of some sort. some find nicotine pouches helpful but that's up to you. eat as healthy as you can afford to and drink good stuff, not soda. it's basically a willpower test so good luck.

don't do drugs unless they're prescribed for a medical condition, and even then, the benefits must outweigh the negatives.

You need to force yourself out of bed after x amount of hours in it. Make sure you're keeping yourself clean, showering, brushing teeth, etc. Exercise, if you can't face a gym full of people yet do body weight stuff at home, walking a mile, whatever. Get some plants to take care of, be outside in the sun for an hour a day at least, walk on the dirt and grass barefoot. Take a multi vitamin and drink water like a fish. Try and distract your mind with a new research topic every few days or so.
Everything seems daunting and pointless when you're in this state, I know, but if you didn't really want to change you wouldn't have bother posting this. Good luck, fren.
