Pretty much. Now that zoomers are trying to enter the workforce, I can see how fucked we are as a nation. I manage a department at a small tech company, and I've hired some in low level positions. The entitlement is insane, as is the lack of knowledge.

I had one deliver a doc to me that was absolute trash. I called them out on it, and they blamed Chat GPT, which actually wrote the report, and said it wasn't their fault. Yes, I'm using neutral pronouns on purpose. I also had one try to unionize a department of... yep... fifteen. Told her I'd fire her if she continued and our attorneys could figure it out, if she really wanted to do that.

My favorite is they think that their Slack chats are private. I've read everything they've shared in their personal chats and "secret" group chats they've made. I even have notification for whenever certain words are used. I'm sure these morons would be stunned to learn that, guess what, I have access to literally everything you do on your work computer. I mean, fuck, Salesforce collects all your e-mails, including you shittalking the company to some client you like. I just forward it to HR.

Zoomers were raised by cell phones, the internet and video games.
