I went to a liquor store Saturday night and the Indian guy who ran the place chatted me up when he noticed my motorcycle outside through the window. We had a discussion about motorcycles and he talked about his motorcycle in his home country of India where everyone rides them, and as I left he made sure to tell me to be safe as I was purchasing alcohol and riding my motorcycle.

No. Growing up in Los Angeles and being surrounded by diversity and its consequences is what made me racist. Meeting the occasional nonwhite person that I like as an individual doesn't make me stop disliking them as a group, or feeling that even if the majority of them are fine I still don't think they should be our country's burden to bear.
