You have to understand that Trump was fucked before he got reelected. He owed the state of NY $250m, the Smith investigation was getting ready to file charges for his essentially already proven attempts to steal the 2020 election (he literally told people to "find the votes" at any cost -- that's fucking illegal) etc etc etc. It goes on and on, unfortunately.
