I think this is probably the strongest political argument.

It undercuts everything the other person is saying. It doesn't directly bring their integrity into question, rather it directly attacks the substance of what the person is saying. It is an ideological wrecking ball. "I don't actually care how sincere you are in your position or what so-called evidence you are presenting because I think this is altogether a bunch of bullshit," might be a less delicate way to put it.
