>>512391344It gives you a decent middle ground between a pistol and a rifle.
>PistolConcealable, can be carried anywhere, but requires a fair amount of practice to use accurately and effectively. You can count on having a pistol on you all the time, as long as it's small enough that it's not enough of a PITA to carry all the time. Everybody needs a pistol for this reason.
>RifleHighly effective without much range time compared to a pistol, but if you find yourself needing one, you probably shouldn't to be out and about anyways.
>Pistol with stabilizerConcealable under bulky clothing like a heavy coat, and you can have it easily accessible in, say, a glovebox, unlike a rifle. Adds a third point of contact which improves accuracy and reliability, since a shoulder weld will prevent failure to cycle due to limp-wristing in a high-stress situation. It's a decent middle ground for when things are sketchy, but not sketchy enough to hole up somewhere safe for a long time.
It's basically a budget PDW. It's not the best solution because having a gun without a manual safety stuffed under your coat could lead to problems. But if you have an extra Glock with a slide-mounted red dot laying around, it's a cheap alternative to a dedicated PDW. If you don't have an extra Glock, you should get a dedicated PDW for this purpose instead.
The Recover 20/20 sucks dick to shoot if you don't have a slide-mounted optic, and I don't trust the 20/20's plastic optic rail to hold zero. The only thing that keeps it in the folded position is a little plastic tab, and as the brace's hinge wears out, it'll come loose and be a general PITA. But it's only $80 if you get it without accessories, and will more or less do the job. Just make sure the trigger won't snag on the inside of your coat. If you don't have an OEM Glock slide, the charging handle won't fit, so you'll need to either use the optic as a charging handle or get a charging handle backplate.
You're better off with a braced PDW tbhdesu
