I don't think so. Sure, it won't matter in the end, but what if it wakes up a couple of normies? If it gets (x) amount of signatures, and some normies say, "well why wasn't he allowed on it after he got enough signatures?" he needs at minimum the endorsement of either 20 elected members of the dail (parliament) or the endorsement of 4 county councils from around the country. That's laid out in the constitutional framework for how presidential elections are run.
He is not even going to try and get those endorsements because he knows he wont get them.
