If the stench is that bad its not an issue with deodorant, its an issue with hygiene. Everyone should shower daily and scrub with soap. A daily hygiene ritual of showering (soap scrubbing your body) and brushing your teeth is the bare minimum to be considered a civilized person and it is disgusting how few people do this.
