Poland is an obvious one. They've had a massive injection of young middle class Ukrainian's many of them highly skilled tech workers, salespeople and engineers. A lot of them brought capital with them. Poles are also leaving western and northern Europe in their droves - another huge injection of capital.
The country is poised for growth, insane growth. Combine that with their tough stance on immigration making it even more attractive to those in the west looking for stable governance and a growing property market to invest in.
Another 5-10 years and you'll be knocking at the door begging for the Poles to let you in, even if it means starting at the bottom cleaning their toilets.

That's only right, G*rmany has benefitted so much from the Euro and free trade within the EU. In reality though they need to be injecting more capital into countries that they destroyed and left to be captured by the USSR - countries like Poland, Czechia and Hungary are owed much more substantial reparations. Despite that your autism and lack of moral compass has meant G*rmany attempting to infringe on the sovereignty of Poland over the past few months, attempting to push the third world scum childless Angela invited into G*rmany.
