I broke my foot in Japan and had to pay out of pocket for everything because I didn't have insurance.
>Emergency room visit
>x-ray
>prescription pain medication
You know how much it cost me? $80. Oh, and I was in and out of the emergency room in 20 minutes. I felt like an absolute celebrity with how they treated me. I don't know what Japs did but their healthcare is leagues better than anything I've ever experienced in America. American healthcare is a massive scam.

Less obesity. The lifetime cost of obesity and overweight related health complications puts a huge strain on healthcare (financially and in terms of patient care).

There are also differences in how insurance is managed in Japan vs the UK and Canada. Also Japan's healthcare industry is not as corrupt as the UK and Canada where healthcare executives are sort of bribed by big pharma and there is a revolving door policy of public to private compensation.

You still pay though. People in Canada go to the emergency room for the common cold. If they had to pay, they would think twice about wasting everybody's time and money.

Japan is still a mostly homogeneous country where people care about each other. In the west, you have Shakandra and Wanita who take care of you in the hospital and in the retirement home.

55% who do pay 50$ for a Tylenol are a bigger threat to the republic.

Basic healthcare should be a human right like ability to call the fire department or police. I’m so sorry your police patrol was out of network here’s the 50000$ bill for .5 gallons of gas and 2 shots fired.

Once the money to pay jew companies for medical services starts to come from public tax revenue, there is no shortage of sick people that need to be 'doctored'.
tldr; jews keep people sick and the system extended at full capacity all the time, for the free taxpayer shekels

Does obesity really increase the cost of healthcare?
Generally, thin people live longer lives, retire on Medicaid, and die of a long battle with cancer. They’re also much more likely to develop chronic issues like Alzheimer’s which are associated with old age
The morbidly obese, on the other hand, really just die of cardiac failure around the start of retirement age

Old age, something the very obese don’t experience, is much more of a burden on healthcare systems than obesity imho

scarce resources can not ever be a ‘human right’ - the ‘right’ to a doctor and medicine isn’t something that a government can produce without compelling a man to perform labor and resources
Negative rights - such as freedom of speech, religion, assembly, etc. - were rational, the modern conception of ‘give me X object, it’s my right to have what you have’ is absurd tbqhfr

Enforcing ANY right also requires using scarce resources. Your right to live and right to own any property requires compelling someone to pay taxes to fund a law enforcement system and schooling system to drill people into obedience to society’s laws as well as paying for prisons etc.

I am going to post under the assumption I am not talking to an immigrant. The fact that the vast majority of Japan is still Japanese helps your health care system. Though in time you are going to get culturally enriched and will see how the system can be fucked up because of demographic changes.

It’s all about the cost. If I have to pay 50% taxes to get socialized healthcare — fuck no. But I truly believe if the system was rebuilt from ground up, the cost could be minimal compared to private clusterfuck existing today. Because government doesn’t need to turn a profit, because it can focus on prevention(you don’t have to turn a profit off of sick people, remember?), it can change legislation around medical profession gatekeeping.

Same thing as having SINGLE federal army for the whole country, but you’re not fighting people, you’re fighting germs mutations and aging.

Everything you said is on the money. The Japanese (and most Asian) will also openly give people shit for being a fatass. This is in part because they know that fatasses drag the whole healthcare system down.
Many companies also put their employess through a extensive health screening each year called "ningen dokku" and there is a certain amount of pressure to not have bad results. I don't know but imagine there is something similar to HIPAA in Japan, but I remember people expressing concern that they wouldn't get good results on these test. But anyways, better screening is also a factor.
