The verse you're speaking of is Jesus' response to whether they should get married.
In context Jesus is saying if you can abstain from sexual immorality, it's fine to not marry.

Why do commies say all religion is the same? Are they unable to read and tell the difference? Jews, Christians, and Muslims do not believe the same thing.
