No because the reality of civil wars is that they arise from dysfunction or disagreement among political elites. Politicians go to war and the masses back them. In Britain, the politicians are nearly 100% in lock step with each other. What is more likely in Britain is something like the troubles but not quite the troubles or the years of lead, basically civil unrest and gradually escalating terror attacks while a feckless and helpless government scrambles to resort to increasingly authoritarian and discriminatory measures to police its own people. The possibility is for revolution, not civil war.
