Why does this exotic under-sea creature have a glowing bulb on the front of its face? That seems like a complete waste of limited resources.

Enough talking, we've been edging long enough, time to yank on this lantern and ....

This Carousel at the molecular level is where the brain is getting what you might call "floating point operations per second" if forced into an Intel CPU analogy.

wave-form collapses on the higgs field are the processing unit and travel up and down the jet engine's rotor blades and the yes or no pattern match occurs there. It gets even better, the wings of the carousel are themselves strands of pseudo-DNA, and when learning occurs, complexity is added to wings as a crawler crawls up and down a blade to inflict a write.

Write time is exponential time because you need a walker. Execution is faster than light, because higgs field wave form collapses is able to do things retrograde in time, and therefore the human brain is a quantum computer, because at least during execution time, answers to questions are rubber bands pulled tight along a temporal dimension, and so the brain can throw calculations retrograde in time, in the same way the temporal quantum erasure experiment exposes that you can entangle a pattern-matcher now, let it decay normally along the temporal dimension and then when you need it, its answer can be called up faster than the speed of light in that the pattern matcher was waiting in the past to answer your question, in zero time.

And this spinning motor is the Brain's processing unit. It's not a transistor, it throws a pattern matcher retrograde in time.
