Einstein travels back in time to kill Hitler before he can rise to power.... and because he's not there to slow down the communist takeover, the Soviets militarily occupy nearly all of Europe and the Cold War exists as a full blown kinetic war. Pretty sure Germany would have gone communist though if the Nazis hadn’t won or some other fascist or right wing group or person would have taken power without Hitler. Strasserite Germany or KPD Germany maybe. If I remember correctly Weimar Germany is an Allied country in game.

Saved the world more like, just look at africa. Without the US in Red Alert the allies were just waiting to die. This also reminds me of the plans the UK and France made for invading the USSR for their aggression toward Finland in real life. i love command and conquer threads. it was pretty much the only game i ever bothered to buy the series as they came out (eagerly waited for, on order etc). the only one i played using a dial up modem with friends. the only one i sometimes play a few times a year (generals). it was such a good series of games.
