It's not terrible, there are some good things, but after a certain point having two protein shakes made of milk and a protein powder is probably going to be better. There are no Omega-3s in this. They have oysters at the very least and some inexpensive wild caught salmon.
It's not terrible, but you need to get some fish and meat into you and watch out for the hyperprocessed bars and desserts. Again, I'd rate this like 6/10.
Also, pay attention to the "protein" bars. What is the ratio of protein to calories. There's a lot of loopholes for false advertising in satan's states. They might have 10g of protein, but if they have 7g of highly inflammatory processed seed oil fat, you're gonna have a bad time.
I'd try to cut down on the sweets. The choco changer and the desserts from Belgium spaced out to once every two days for a serving is about what is scientifically decent unless you are working out a lot. But seriously watch out for practically any bars. Hyperprocessed food is worse than smoking.
You seem to be simple sugar dominant. It is hard to get to where you want to get without fasting or magic mushrooms of Eucharistic adoration. Even the antioxidant juice is kind of a marketing ploy; there is no fiber, so the sugar hits you hard. Get some extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on your salads. Healthy fats are key. You are too sugar dominant here, but, again, we are all works in progress.
Above all, make yourself familiar with the catalog of everychem.com. Cutting edge shit there. You're doing a lot of good here, but you need to watch out for the lack of good fats like from seafood and the prevalence of too much simple sugars. Baked potatoes with a bit of cheese and sour cream, pepper and spices can go a lot fuhrer than you think.
