This is my current guess, at least as far as the Nordic looking ones or the Pleadians are concerned. I think they're basically future evolved Aryans that achieved space travel and interdimensional travel after either defeating or escaping jewish and other Archonic tyranny. Their timeline is basically one of the "good' timelines where we won. But because of time travel and the butterfly effect, certain events have to play out a certain way, which is why they seemingly can't really help us or only help us in very specific ways that don't compromise their timeline.
