I worked on building three Climbing Gyms and managed two, as well as coursesetting at the 5.13 range for all kinds of roped climbs at our gym.

I would freak the f out if someone tried to even skip a clip.

Their gym deployed the autobelay systems for kids and speed climbing, so they could remove monitors and belay slaves that are hired when someone comes into the gym.

This encourages people to "come climb alone" if you want.

That is the last thing a climber ever should consider doing.

One Gym I knew well about in Vermont had employed "Volunteers" as belayers and monitors in exchange for memberships....

One of them was asked to set up a toprope on an overhanging lead so they could work out the moves before trying it on lead.

The bro volunteer acted in the same fashion, and passes a clip as he is reaching for some move, to pass through to a jug, and then pulls a ton of rope out to reach and clip at his extents.

He then slips, catches his last clip swinging to the head level of everyone that was watching him flail, and broke a person's neck, all to show off his "elite" skills.

The reason that white people are NPCs is because the economy is fake in the US. There is no reward for being smart, there is no punishment for being stupid.
