Go into management. The higher you go the less work you do for more pay. You get turbo-fucked if your team goes sideways but if you have direct reports that are self-sufficient and not spergs you just spend all your time doing time cards, approving PTO, and settling internal disputes. Just don't hire zoomers. Ever. They're all fucking weirdos.

That's a fake story looking for upboats and sympathy. All of the beginner guides to overemployment (the kind that will be promoted and even stickied on places like this), will tell you:

>put your linkedin in hibernation mode when you've locked in multiple jobs
This person made up some story about getting caught via linkedin that's retarded too. You don't go back there unless one of the jobs isn't working out anyway.

95% of the time, people are getting fired for poor performance. Which for some people they actually are fine with it, because they might have a longer term job that they can coast on and the other jobs are just side income for places they may never even put on the CV anyway. That's the most realistic strategy for most people.

I did 3 during covid. If you are't a sperg you can pick up on when they're starting the process or just want you to leave. So you don't burn bridges (or give them a reason to dig deeper). Just tell them that "it's not a great fit", that you'd like to give two months notice and tell them you're looking for another job. Then they won't fight you, you can coast along and then actually find something else. The funny thing is that when you're actually nice to them like that and spare them the hassle of having to have these bullshit calls they will in some cases happily refer you. If they ever press you for feedback you just say something generic like "it didn't align with your expectations" you add a bunch of disclaimers and praise to the company and wish them well

The reason I stopped was it just wasn't worth it. I did enjoy the thrill of it for a while but you just end up really tired all the time because your brain is always "on" because even though most jobs are like 20 hours of actual work, you have to keep on top of the performance aspects and keep a front going for longer, the context switching increases and so on.

Is it Jewy? Only if you don't deliver on what they expect. Fuck companies that think they own you. That's Jewy.

imagine if he worked at Allstate, Travelers, and Geico. He would have access to confidential data across three competing businesses because he had employee level access.

This is why contractors exist, he could’ve worked for all three as a contractor and there would be no issue because companies don’t give contractors access to employee portals, firmware, etc

because globohomo corpo jobs are the Western replacement for family, there is am expectation you treat your company as if you married into them as they became your inlaws. This culture came about due to feminization of the workplace by HR roasties, most of whom do not have loving families because they fell for the work-for-jews meme.
Someone working multiple jobs is as if they were dating multiple people at the same time. They don't get mad because you underperform (performance doesn't even matter anymore), they get mad because you cheated on them by having multiple families.

Nope 100% lie for several reasons. First if you deliver and perform, nobody is going to be looking into you.

>bp couldn’t find me on LinkedIn
>we fires you
Automatic grounds for wrongful termination.

>found another job on LinkedIn
So? Plenty of people don’t update their jobs changes on LinkedIn.

Also the amount of people doing this over employed stuff is terribly low. They have to be remote and then also be extremely good at multi tasking and juggling several workloads and team environments at once.

Companies and CEOs blowing this out of proportion thinking that they should be hunting for imaginary overemployed workers when one they don’t exist or unlikely in their company.

Two, they’re better off scanning for underperformers and h1b and canning those first.
One doesn’t deliver code.
Two writes terrible and overtly long code which is just as bad.

I don't think I've ever looked or hunted anyone for working multiple jobs in my many years in management. Hell I had one guy start a new business and nobody cared as long as he did his shit and it didn't directly compete.

The only time anyone is "on my radar" is when they're fucking around, being weirdos and creeping people out, or pissing off my director. Every instance I can think of was someone <30 that interviewed well and did decent their first few months and then went turbo-sperg.

Nobody does garnishments that way. Your payroll will garnish your wage when and if they are served a court order demanding they do so. They're not going to be boy scouts and spend their valuable time checking for ways to make their employee's pay worse. And every court and baby momma knows it works that way because plenty of guys will just work a job until the ex finds it, goes to court, gets a new order and has the wage garnished, then they'll quit and find a new job to start the process over. Same shit if they garnish at your bank instead of your job.

Which to be clear I don't fucking blame them, I wouldn't enjoy sending a check to my ex to pay her for teaching my children to hate me.

No. If you're working one job and have time to work two other jobs, this means your employer is going to get mad at you because they view the situation as your time being underutilized with them. It's essentially 2/3rds of the day they're paying you while you're on someone else's clock. If you're working 2 other jobs, it means you're not working hard enough at your first job. I guarantee this is a work from home/remote job they can do over computer/phone and don't have to be physically present for, so they can easily be clocked into 3 different jobs at the same time. You'de basically telling the company they don't need you 2/3rds the time if you're able to manage your time elsewhere as well, so it's best to get rid of you.

There's nothing stopping you setting up your own LLC. You use that to handle your own payroll and the equivalent in the states would be something like a 1099 where you contract with a company. For those types of arrangements they will very often just farm it off to other companies then. Like with bigger companies there are "approved vendors" . There are places like the UK that even for bigger companies or government they like to say they have a certain amount of "small business" contracts (sometimes there are even tax incentives or even something in law that says this). So my approach was to find one of these (in Dartford, UK, won't name the company to risk doxxing myself). Struck a deal with him where his company gets a cut (gets to invoice them for me, I invoice them for my services) and then it's all good. Because the bigger company is asking him to do everything (credit checks, reference checks and all of it). Other times where I didn't go this route (it was just contract roles found by recruiters) it was hit and miss. Some were like "yeah we trust ya, no problem". Others were very involved with third party companies (if you're in defense or banking some things like background checks have to be done anyway). Plenty of times I was on site getting paid while those checks were in progress (it's so slow they just say start).

If you're an American citizen you have more options.

It is still skeevy. The job is paying you to do some specific function. But they want it to be by the hour so that if they find out you can do the specific function in less time than they thought, they get to extract more work out of you for the same amount of pay by assigning new work. They don't want it to be that if you get the job done faster you just get to enjoy more time off or have to be paid more to do more.

And it definitely doesn't go the other way, if you can't get the thing done in the time allotted that's a PIP and get fucked, you're fired.

Yes, because many businesses outright demand that you dedicate your whole life to the company. The company is your family. The company is your friend. Your coworkers are the only human beings you ever need to see or interact with. You exist to serve the company. You must be happy to serve the company. You must love the company.

In any case, if he actually was a top performer none of the 3 jobs would have even othered to go and do a deep dive on him. Once trust is broken that's it. Then people will be scrutinising a lot more. And I don't mean someone took a sick day once that wasn't sick, but you know yourself when they're just not getting things done they were hired for and the excuses have piled up that you can't trust them.

>>512512942
I remember him being promoted on LinkedIn, it was like cocaine to certain people who were looking for excuses. He doesn't pass the physiognomy test though. I think anything he says, like about leadership you can just read a specific book on from people who have actually done things where if mistakes are made, people die. That's my go to. Most people think military but there are other things like medical triage in disaster situations where you need 100 midwits to organise and get to it or more people will die. If you can get important bits from books like that then the corporate world is easy.

I'm not a jeet. But I'm not a "good worker" either, though. I endeavour to do the bare minimum that is required of me, because my pay doesn't depend on my performance. I only get raises based on how many hours I've worked. The only thing "good work" gets me is the potential to get a manager position at some point in the future, but fuck dealing with people's interpersonal bullshit. Been working the same work-from-home customer service gig for Amazon since 2016, just basically tracking orders for niggers, spics and boomers who either dunno how to track their orders through the app's shipment tracker function, or had their shit lifted by a porch pirate. Easy gig. Never had a LinkedIn profile, never had a facebook, had about a dozen anonymous Twitter / X accounts over the years to troll niggers, kikes, faggots & tards that all got banned for muh hate speech. You forgot the biggest red flag at all: Reddit

When you read a Reddit post, there's also 50/50 odds the entire thing is fiction. If it's not, you're getting an incredibly bad faith report of what actually happened from an aggrieved party who will omit important information that makes them look guilty and exaggerrate the bad behaviour of the other party.

Go to any "am I the asshole?" thread and the post will be "OK everyone so here's all the ways in which I am actually perfect and angelic, now my coworker/sister in law is actually demonic and kills babies. Anyway, we had an argument last week and even though it's so unlike me because I'm literally an angel, I said a mean word. Now they want to murder me and my family. Am I the asshole?"

Simon Sinek did exactly that, spent years in the military learning how they make cohesive combat units who are willing to die for each other and took the lessons home to the corporate world. Problem is that the military's secret is making big sacrifices for their people and putting human connection first, above and beyond everything else.

So everyone reads the books and attends the seminar, nods their head, goes home happy dreaming of being loved. But then when they're faced with the moment where quarterly profits have to go down if they want to actually treat their employees like family, it all goes out the window.

It's "not fair" that someone can get a middle class lifestyle while not having to leave their home or put in a million hours. Only CEOs can do that!!!

This anon is correct. Employment contracts usually specifically state that either; that's the only job the employee has or if any additional jobs are taken they are notified.

Additionally there are tax modifications for individuals who work more than one job, so the employers needs to know how many jobs people have. The government has to get it's 'fair share' when stealing a wage slaves moneys. More jobs means more moneys for the government.

If this story is true, then the individual knew what they were doing wasn't on the up and up (whether we think differently), otherwise they would have been transparent with these companies about having multiple jobs.

A hidden trick is just a teachable trick; lock the door and you’ve already confessed it’s easy. Real job security starts when you can draw the whole thing on a whiteboard, walk everyone through it, and still see blank stares—if they can’t replicate it after the lecture, HR can’t replace you with a script. Any “secret” kept under wraps is, at best, a low-complexity routine: if it could withstand daylight, it wouldn’t need the dark. This it what separate the west and east. I was so excited when I wrote that comment. I thought it was well thought and honest. I thought people would read it, agree or disagree, and move on. Some day, I will tell this story to my grandchildren. It will serve as a reminder of just how cruel the world can be. I hope the future generations can build a world that is better than our own, one where nobody has to suffer the extreme pain and torment of being downvoted.

In the mean time, it is going to take a lot of therapy and time to recover from this trauma. I might even need to look into adopting a comfort llama to help me get through every day life. Right now all my mind is capable of focusing on are the horrible flashbacks.

With the current speed of advances I should be able to get rid of the jeets and gooks within a year and just have the work done by 1 subcontractor using AI. I've been working like this for 15 years now. Only a few more years to go until retirement.

So many jobs, especially if it involves computers can be performed many times better, many times faster faster and with less errors than the average worker and no one will care too much, but if you continue to tell your manager to need more work after a while they might even fire you because you're making too much noise.

A large part of any excel monkey job can be automated, but no managers seem to care if one person can do the work of 15 others with less errors.
Any programming job will have a crazy variance in speed and performance between workers.
I work many times faster than my colleagues and my solutions are scalable, high performance and modular so they can easily be modified and changed for specific situations in the future. My coworkers often take weeks to solve what I can do in 30 minutes and their solutions don't often even work, and if they do they quickly become a pain whenever one has to add or modify features.
My bosses don't want to utilize me more, but they do want me there.

the people already have the power to stop any tyranny by SIMPLY USING CASH AND LEAVING YOUR PHONE AT HOME sometimes
these two simple things destroy these type of surveillance plans
you already have the fucking power
it is YOU that chooses to continue using the grid to your own detriment
you already have the power right now
you have agency still
they just need your consent to implement it wholly, then having agency won't even matter

the current tech trend is for citizens to not hold or own information or organize it or remember it
they also do not store it on their own computers, but in a foreign cloud that tracks all changes in real time
they only have instantaneous ACCESS to information
people are not being conditioned to retain info or organize it for themselves

tptb are now waiting for anyone with a high amount of intellect and knowledge to die off, then they will just be left with the malleable, dumbed-down 'instantaneous access' population that can't put two and two together

USE FUCKING CASH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE NO MATTER WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE IN
NEVER USE YOUR PHONE TO PAY

A NATION'S FIAT IS THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE IN THEIR OWN FUCKING HANDS
and this is why the Fed seeks to even abolish paper Federal Reserve Notes, b/c fiat paper mostly SERVES THE FUCKING CITIZEN:

fiat is the common national bond and cooperation of the value of one's labor
if this fiat is issued by a private, debt-based central bank, then only the central bank profits from the labor of the citizens, not the treasury or the citizens

^^^ A thread about the NYFed and its ilk now trying to convince the boomers to switch from private Federal Reserve-issued, debt-based Federal Reserve Notes to privately-issued, debt-backed stablecoin tokens. This is going to be priceless to watch. Neither of these currency options benefit the citizens, they only benefit the private issuer. Will boomers sell out once again to the banks to save themselves from a failing system that they created? One last fuck you to the country as they insulate themselves in their private tokens?
And in the next orchestrated crisis, are the boomers’ new asset tokens to become worthless, as the payment platform is the ultimate claimant to any reserve assets in a crisis or bankruptcy?

When is the currency going to be restored to the people? Don't US taxpayers have a right to a debt-free currency issued by their own treasury?

Pic related was just passed.

This is just entitled boomer classists driving the fucking country into the ground for money (mostly from the now-bankrupt NYFed's QE policies) and now destroying the US taxpayer's currency (the fucking US$, which is A FUCKING UNIT) on the world stage with the Fed’s issued-into-oblivion, worthless Federal Reserve Note.

Money is often falsely equated with productivity, intelligence, class, success, integrity, and/or good taste.
If you equate success with money, you will likely be perpetually dissatisfied, in a constant state of longing.

But if you VALUE THINGS WHICH CANNOT BE BOUGHT, such as:
community
family
work ethic
intellect
fitness
perseverance
cleanliness
honesty
integrity
compassion
tradition
loyalty
reliability
patience
humor
If you value the above, you will always be content and successful, no matter where you are or what you do.

There are zero WFH jobs that pay hourly. Motherfucker is not “on the clock”, zero shot. He’s paid a salary to provide work, and he was providing that work. If his work wasn’t up to par, he should be disciplined/fired for his work not being up to par. The rest of it doesn’t matter.

Companies better get used to this reality because a generation of people was raised on “2-3 part time jobs” and “gig economy work” and when they enter the salaried workforce phase of their lives, the idea of committed company loyalty is going to be completely baffling to them, this is going to become a lot more common.

You misunderstand the concept of a job. Most of the time, “doing something productive” is entirely ancillary.

Let me explain how the economy actually works
>in order for the rich to be idle, they need the actual working class to slave away for pennies on the dollar
>in order to keep the working class from burning everything flat in outrage, they need the working class to feel like the system is “fair”, without it actually being fair
>the hierarchy of bureaucratic command exists as a reward pool. You can give one employee out of every 30 a tiny slice of the good life, and by dangling that reward in front of everyone, you can motivate 30 employees for the price of one
>higher rungs on the ladder exist to keep the process legitimized and ensure upward mobility for this new “middle class” so that the system never backlogs and produces a permanent underclass of workers who feel like being promoted is an unachievable goal not worth working toward

The “work” you do as a junior systems analyst or whatever this WFH guy was isn’t real work. It’s meaningless busywork. It’s bullshit. It exists because the prospect of getting paid to sip coffee in an office is how you keep an army of manual laborers on the warehouse floor from locking the doors and declaring your business the People’s Lumber Yard. If you work multiple overlapping jobs, you delegitimize the hierarchy, you demonstrate that your job is meaningless make-work that takes no time or effort. This shatters the illusion that your job exists only for the best and brightest and hardest-working. This is bad for the system.

tl;dr white collar workers are house niggers.

Yes he could have been a top performer. Most people are retards and with a small amount of automation, efficiency, and time management you can easily out-perform them. Especially since COVID, most people aren't working all the time anyways, these are obviously remote companies.
You can go for years working your ass off and no one will notice. And even if they do notice, they're not going to put a gold stamp on your profile that tells HR not to fire you no matter what.

Moonlighting i.e. working a part time job after you get off work from your full-time job has always been ok. For example, you could work for FedEx in the morning and Target in the evening and nobody would care. The issue is that most corporations have "non-compete" clauses in their employee contracts that basically mean you're not allowed to work for another company in the same industry while you're with them. So you couldn't work for UPS at the same time you're working for FedEx or for Walmart at the same time you're working for Target. It's also usually against company policy to work for another company while you're on the clock for them. You're basically selling your time to your job. I guarantee the OP guy was some work from home fag who was doing IT "on call," meaning he's essentially supposed to be on the clock 24/7.

Nice digits. Do you think a society can function if we rely on people to work service jobs 40hr a week for low pay, but then some guy with no shame, or care in the world can con artist their way into multiple jobs that they try to do simultaneously via the magic of "remote work". Probalby is a larger discussion to be had on this but bottom line is that thhis isn't how anyone hires. Jobs are hired with the expectation of a person's dedication tot he company. That simple. You wouldn't hire a person to bag fries at wendys and let them run back and forth between wendies and mcdonalds bagging fries and then the fries are burning at wendies because they're at mcdonalds too long...

i'm not going to read it again, but it sounded like that's how he got caught... they found his profile listing another company as his place of employment.

And to be dead ass, a lot of people's opinions of this are based on some level in jealously because it's hard enough to find a decent paying job, and most people try very hard to do the right thing.... so when someone is a straight up con artist, and is getting 3x the pay and working less than everyone else, people are rightly "jealous" just as people are jealous of other criminals who flaunt their ill-gotten wealth.

But also the 40 hour work week is retarded and our entire society is retarded if you spend more than a few seconds thinking about it.
