East Asians are at math when properly educated, yes. Have not seen any statistics on south-east Asians. Indians and Western Asians are known retards. Central Asians, I also have seen no statistics on.
In terms of raw IQ and processing speed, yes. But I trust white man engineering more because it's more thorough and the white man understands his craft on a deeper level. Think about it like this: what would be more dependable, a white man car from the 1980s, or a modern Chinese car? Would you want to fly on a Chinese airplane? Would you trust your life with a white man gun or a Chinese gun?
