Chinese have more disposable income than Americans.
Chinese:
>$900/month income
>$100/month rent average
>$100/month other bills
>$700 disposable income left over and everything costs 4x cheaper so its as if having $2800/month left over
American:
>$3000/month income
>$2000/month rent
>$500/month other bills
>$500 disposable income, everything 4x more expensive than china
real numbers btw. chinese are literally almost 6x richer in what they can do with their disposable income compared to Americans.

The rent is only 2k in some expensive cities. The most I have ever paid in rent is 1200$, and it was for a one-bedroom apartment in a nice college town. The cities are not worth it. I know lawyers renting couches for 1000$, 5 people to a two-bedroom apartment. Leave the cities.

Skewed by high population centers, no doubt.
Leave the cities. They're not worth it.

You've been making this thread for almost 9 months now. Please explain why the "rich people resort" in your video clip is the facade of the province's biggest slums. Chongqing is a massive shithole, but it seels "river cruise tours" by covering everything in LEDs lmao

Yeah, I guess the homeless in Hollywood live in tents, chinks get to live in space age chinsect cardboard -- like the kind they use in their space program.

Chongqing has some hoods, its a city of 33 million people bro, i just worked in china for a year and would fly to chongqing frequently, it shits all over Toronto in terms of quality of life. You are also way safer even in their worst areas. Poor people in china still have zero issues buying whatever they want for food/shelter. Their gun laws and nature like forests etc suck compared to canada, but their economy has now really transcended that old concept you are believing, it’s one of the worlds best countries in terms of income opportunity etc you just can’t count their ultra rural villages that choose not to live a β€œwestern” style life in a city like chongqing

Kinda like a specialized safety supervisor union gig there aren't a lot of us so it's just unlimited OT, this week I literally did ZERO minutes of work. I just sat there and read World War Z, The Plague and Picture of Dorian Gray. The day feels brutally long when you don't do anything though but I work 13hr shifts too.

Our income here is around $300/month, and yet we still live, some even own a house. The differences in quality is what allowed us to do so. For example, our houses are small, with no backyard, no parking lot, and share a wall with a neighbor, our cars are eco shitbox with less than 100bhp and poor safety, our phones are all chink or budget samsung.

Americans keep saying they can't afford shit, but they have more than we have. Americans see fast food as trash food, but here, a burger is considered a luxury. They can afford a bunch of toys and peripherals, we have to settle with imported plastic trash. PC parts are almost unaffordable to us because they are not any cheaper here.

If americans have the options and alternatives as we do, they can easily live like a king. You don't suffer in the west.
