For me it was:
Politics is made up bullshit used by a small group of people to enslave the rest.
It's better to just not give a fuck about any of it, and up the pipes on any so called "government".

Because they're inherently stable, whereas democracies, and especially liberal democracies, aren't. The West right now is overtly committing suicide thanks to liberal democracy. Mass immigration and the colonization of our lands by foreigners would never have been allowed under authoritarianism.
