There are many reasons to believe that we are post Revelation 20:7, but being as there is very little description in revelation about satans little season, it is something that can only really come by faith and ones relationship with God imo.The dead won't hear the truth. For anyone with doubts about where we are in the timeline, I suggest asking yourself what satan would do to convince people we are in a different part of time than we really are. But what is the Torah, the Law? It was given because the transgressions (i.e. the contamination of mankind by fallen angels and their bastard children, commonly seen as all heathen deities) to make sin exceedingly sinful. Without the law sin is not accounted, although sin existed before the Law, after the Law was given, and in light of the Law, sin became more obviously and apparently sinful. So through the knowledge of the Law sin is quickened leading to more death. So the Law is good to show that sin is evil, but it does nothing to free anyone from sin, only advise them of how sinful they are.
