Finland is engulfed in geomagnetic storm. Probably several other countries too which are on the latitude of Finland. But Finland is directly in front of it.

You can see a lot of northern lights shining in green shades in southernmost part of Finland where you normally dont see them at all. Provided it is dark enough for you to see it. Sun sets at 22:00 and sun is back against at 04:00. It means 6 hours of dark and 18 hours of light because were still at summer.

Also the sky seems to by devoid of clouds which further increases visibility of northern light.

Temperatures are about 8 to 15 degrees C at the night.
