Only employee able to make the company profitable. Floor manager(no pay raise). Helps everyone do their job. Everyone knows i run everything. Demand raise so i can afford to live in not a basement with 2 indian room mates. No. Quit job, start my own business. That factory closes down within 4 months with no severance payed to the employees (illegal). Carpet bagger indian who ran the company drains the accounts and runs back to india. 30+yo company destroyed. Machines sold to overseas
