I'm not in favor of or against Trump but Latin American cartels and organized crime groups such as the ones on Brazil are really a potentially worldwide problem. They're organizations which are literally comically evil and have profits of billions of dollars yearly, which they funnel into controlling the service and the government sectors of society.
