You can tell the mid wits who have zero higher education. Being even the most basket weaving sort of degree, if it's from a true university and not a BS vocational school, still has years of general education in everything. Econ, math, English, history, science etc.

Wouldn't the American education system benefit more from reforming copyright in a way that would make books meant for education free. Why would a poor college freshmen need to buy this specific textbook written by the teacher has this semester. Feels like some scam to sell textbooks that I doubt have changed much in terms of the actual science. Only thing that changes is the way they want to paint that information. If you took the time wasted in k-12/uni you could get a much more focused education if you get the kids to hyper focus on something they actually find interesting. The system the way it is now is just a gov sponsored babysitting and propaganda site. It's meant to shape the slaves kids since they don't have the money to pay for private school.
