I have graduated uni 3 years ago.
Honestly, I just kept to myself most of the time.
Group studies are really helpful, but I chose to power through hours of solo studying and earned straight As while also working 55 hours a week.
You simply have to put your life on hold. Do nothing but grind every single day.

I've benefitted greatly from group studies but my misanthropy makes it very hard for to tolerate them for long. Have you dealt with that?

Yes, by not participating.
I would join their Discord or whatever gay shit they had going.
I would then spot the "leader", assume they were the ones who would get the best grade and just work relentlessly to beat them.
To me, it was a challenge to prove my brain could produce greater outcome than a bunch of NPCs bunched together.
I would have probably off'd myself if a bunch of NPCs could get the best of me.
Which was a strong motivation in itself.
One time I got cocky and almost failed a mid-term exam on my last semester. The sheer humiliation got me a perfect score on finals.

That's the jest of it. Here was my routine.
>Attend lecture
>Write down notes with a pen and paper
>Read notes in the evening
>Read material on schedule
Another trick I could give is to get to know your attention span.
Mine is roughly 45-50 minutes. You have to work around it, don't try to stretch it (too much).

I'm currently in the bad timeline if your story. Getting beaten by the NPCs. Brutally humbling.

>>512564000
Absolutely not. I've tried all main types of stimulants with varying dosages for a year and I failed classes for the first time in my life. It turned me into a complete mess.

Do you purposely avoid mindraping practices (ie doomscrolling, gaming while watching youtube) to maintain your healthy attention span?

If you don’t have friends or family, go join a church. The people in the church believe that IT’S THEIR JOB AS CHRISTIANS TO MAKE YOU PART OF THE COMMUNITY. They will go out of their way to fit you in. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have strong social skills. Just be honest and they WILL take you in and teach you. At least a good church will, so if you don’t find it at one, then keep trying until you find a good one. It’s God’s plan that you have a good mate and family and be supported by a strong community.

I would use small breaks to clean up a bit and larger breaks to cook.

Yeah I need to find some way. Maybe some brutal cardio to take off the edge and turn myself into a machine. Although that could definitely become a new form of escapism. I'll meditate on that.

I'll give you an example.
Anxiety from exams or any test takes roots in the anticipation of what's to come.
Eagerness is its sister-emotion, in that sense.
Thus, it is quite easy to turn anxiety into eagerness.
It requires you to reshape your brain, but it can be done.
At some point, I was thrilled to take exams.
I've learned that from adrenaline junkies.
Honestly, the best advice I can give you is to know yourself.
School is meant to shape your brain to specialize in a certain field.
If you don't understand the type of clay you are working with, you can't create a masterpiece.

Just do ur courses. Make superficial conversation with the normies if necessary. Be reliable in group assignments.
