Alberta soon (less than 5 years). Quebec will also leave Canada in about the same time, but will remain independent. As Canada weakens, more Canadians will vote to leave and join the US. 25% of Canadians are foreign born and willingly will vote to be part of a better country since they have no loyalty to Canada. His appeal will consider whether the police have the power to lock down entire neighbourhoods in a major city under common law and to perform blanket arrests on those who seek to enter a restricted area.
