Yes and they spend that wellfare. The state spends on their behalf. Very convenient cash for big pharma, healthcare, real estate, banks, law firms, and an army of civil servants. This increased expenditure increases GDP. Even if they only take on wellfare, their pressence and occupation of social housing makes house prices go up tremendously due to scarcity. Not only scarcity, but nicer homes away from these niggers will go for even higher prices. For every negative to society there is someone that is profiting.
