Pretty crazy that World Trade Center buildings 5 and 6 remain standing between 7 and the twin towers. Not to mention the federal building, NY telephone building, and the building beyond 7 (which appears to have taken structural damage as well) are all standing upright no problem. Hm.

Also really lucky that Larry Silverstein and all his kids skipped his daily breakfast in the North Tower that morning to go to an emergency dermatologist appointment his wife scheduled that morning.
>A month and a half before 9/11 he becomes the owner of the buildings. Signing a 99 year net lease worth $3.2 Billion, and after purchasing the property. He finalized a never before seen insurance policy that covered the towers for double their value. His policy request was so outrageous to people that the broker brought together 25 different insurance lenders to give him what he asked for. Making him one of the first people in American history to get terrorism insurance on a commercial building. Then 9/11 happened causing one of the biggest insurance payouts in the history of the world.
Also every single morning he ate breakfast in North tower on the 91st floor but not on 9/11 his wife made him an emergency doctors appointment that day.
coincidence?

On the day of 9/11, I thought that WTC7 had to be a controlled demolition. I remember saying to my friends after it collapsed that the authorities must have brought it down on purpose because they thought it was going to collapse. Of course in reality you can't install explosives for a controlled demolition that fast; but I was too trusting to even imagine the concept that the explosives were already there. Then the news told me that the tower collapsed on its own and still being trusting I figured that must be the case. But somewhere in the back of my mind I knew it didn't make sense.

On September 12, 2001, the Internet edition of the Jerusalem Post reported, "The Israeli foreign ministry has collected the names of 4,000 Israelis believed to have been in the areas of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon at the time of the attack." Yet only one Israeli was killed at the WTC and two were reportedly killed on the "hijacked" aircraft. Although a total of three Israeli lives were reportedly lost on 9-11, speechwriters for President George W. Bush grossly inflated the number of Israeli dead to 130 in the president's address to a joint session of Congress on September 20, 2001.
The fact that only one Israeli died at the WTC, while 4,000 Israelis were thought to have been at the scene of the attacks on 9-11 naturally led to a widespread rumor, blamed on Arabic sources, that Israelis had been forewarned to stay away that day. "Whether this story was the origin of the rumor," Bret Stephens, the Jerusalem Post's editor-in-chief wrote in 2003, "I cannot say. What I can say is that there was no mistake in our reporting."

9/11 event is impressive out of the world so it's understandable that everyone pays attention to it but are you a structural engineer specialized in skyscrapers I mean the you know the amount of people that is needed to reach a conclusion about that kind of things I mean yeah I mean yeah the the the a lot of factors you will never know because you are a single human you need a whole top tier of engineers and all our type of disciplines working together to reach a conclusion based on an infantile amount of data Shoes if the shoes is the shoes

That's not how property insurance works. He just got the money.
Silverstein is building a new World Trade Center complex on the land he has the 99 year lease for. No doubt he's used some of his insurance money on it; but not all of it.
On a side note there's nothing stopping him from selling that 99 year lease if he wants to.

Yeah but THOSE buildings weren't containing any evidence for an investigation regarding 2 trillion dollars that "went missing", that Rumsfeld spoke about in an interview, the day before the building containing the evidence disintegrated and fell over for some reason.

Property insurance lets you keep the money yes. If your house burned down you'd get paid for its value. Whether you rebuilt the house or not would then be for you to decide.
In the case of Silverstein he lost a property that was known for its shoddy construction, made a large profit off his insurance and then began rebuilding the property that he wanted on his land.
Burning down a house you don't like so you can use the insurance money to build a house you do like is a pretty common motive for insurance fraud.

I have a theory that the mossad knew about the upcoming attack and probably told about it to the CIA, who either didn't believe them or what's far worse, wanted it to happen. When they realized the Americans were going to allow this to happen they gave some of their key guys a heads up a few days before.
