Texas man yelled 'goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change' at young girls while wearing only diaper
TYLER, Texas ā Arrest documents reveal that a Whitehouse man, accused of wearing a diaper, yelled "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change," at two young girls while they were riding their bikes near an East Texas school. The documents also indicate that he has engaged in similar behavior for over 25 years.
Wesley Worl, 45, was booked into the Smith County Jail on Thursday, Aug. 7, for solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass in connection with an incident that occurred on July 29 near Pollard Park and Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler.
According to an arrest affidavit, an 11-year-old girl told police that she and her friend were riding their bikes when a man exited his truck and shouted, "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change." The girls were frightened and ran toward a nearby alley. The girl reported that the man was wearing nothing but a diaper.
The child told the officer she was shaking from fear. The girls ran to an adult the child recognized, and that adult's son then drove to the area. According to the affidavit, the girls were trembling and could barely speak. They described encountering a "scary guy" who said, "Will you change my diaper for me?"'
The adult's son was able to obtain a partial license plate number. Using that information, Tyler police identified the vehicle and linked it to Worl, according to the affidavit.
