what are the consequences to the land, when there are so scavengers to dismember the factory. looks like a great loss for the recycling market. all that scrap metal makes my gypsy senses tingle

yeah that stuff gets sold. but instead of letting it all crumble to dust, I (as investor) would get companies to dismember the stuff (they would even pay you for the metal). then you got empty rooms/shops. this can be rent out as some hipster lofts or as storage place.
