starving themselves, eating ozempic and wearing womens cloths while posturing like a horny slut? id say a variety of things. potentially substance abuse, but not always. i think its mostly an addiction to porn. although not always that either. sometimes people are just lonely. its a phenomenon that extends beyond transgenderism. most people do it to some degree, just some a lot more than others, and that is trying stylize oneself for social appeal, and not just for fun with cross-dressing but with drug therapy and surgeries to modify their bodies.
and that phenomenom is simply wanting to be noticed or to get a rise out of others. to be noticed and sometimes even bother people. they like any and all attention, positive or negative. and i think thats a common factor with these people as well. by seeking this sort of attention they feel more relevant or alive. i think thats another part of it.. sensuality, not exactly just sexuality although thats obviously a big part of it, and those two things overlap. the feeling or experience of at least believing thats what its like to be the opposite sex.
some want to fit in, others want to seem anti-conformity. so they stylize themselves or posture and try and signal as to be noticed. kids want to pick out a t-shirt for the new school year that says something they think other people might think its cool, or funny or even provocative and offensive. it depends on the intention of the individual. for some people they're exhibitionists, others are trolls.
but for a masculine straight man to do it? 1, they may not be all that straight.. they're bisexual. and to abandon being a strong man to try and seem like a soft woman? its the thrill of the 180, something new and exciting they're chasing after. a sensation and certain moods which pleases them. a sense of gratification. the twisted part is some people find pain and self harm to be gratifying. which is why. many need to be protected from themselves.
