We can easily tell that the statistic is completely made up because rape estimates of that era are calculated with a birth coefficient of 0,5%, i.e. it takes 200 women (not rapes) to be raped to have one valid childbirth. With "ONE MILLION" children that would translate into a nice little population of 200 million raped women, which is 30 million above the estimated total population (of all genders) of the SU before the jews started massacring them.
