I live next to a boomer neighbor. He goes out every morning at 5-5:30am and banging on metal for 45 minutes to wake up the neighborhood. There are multiple houses in hearing distance that are moving now.

That boomer is white, his wife is white. He is extremely territorial over the neighborhood to the point where it occasionally appears as though he thinks he owns all the properties. The guy's yard is strewn with old cars and random tools and construction equipment. There is a storage container just sitting there. He is always out doing "construction" but all the buildings are falling apart. He wants his son to inherit the house but fortunately they will never be able to afford the tax bill when this asshole fuckback finally passes. He will likely be out there at sunset, banging on metal pointlessly, to piss everyone off and "make a point." He also seems to think he owns a hoa that consists of the entire neighborhood.
